Our Mission:The Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce provides leadership to enhance economic growth, development, prosperity and quality of life in the region.
Founded in 1964, this dynamic, pro-active organization lives by its motto, “Advancing the Regional Agenda through Business Leadership.” The Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce represents the Connecticut business community of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Derby, Oxford, Seymour, Shelton and the surrounding area. The Chamber is currently comprised of 650 members, which encompasses a workforce of over 14,000 people. Membership is diverse, with representation from manufacturing, retail, service and corporate businesses and ranging in size from sole proprietors up to 1,000+ employees.
We welcome posts from our Chamber of Commerce Members as well as civic and community groups from the area that we serve Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Derby, Oxford, Seymour and Shelton.
